03RERA Status

Lodha Sadahalli is currently in its pre-launch phase and is pending registration with the Karnataka RERA (K-RERA).

Per Section 3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, no bookings, advances, or sale agreements shall be solicited or accepted until the project is registered with RERA. Any details submitted through this website are collected only to share project information and priority updates, and do not amount to a booking.
