This is not the official website of Lodha Group / Macrotech Developers Ltd. It is an independent marketing and information website operated by a channel partner to promote the project named here.

All information on this website — including descriptions, configurations, sizes, pricing, amenities, location details, and timelines — is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. It is indicative, may be sourced from preliminary materials, and is subject to change at the developer's sole discretion without prior notice.

03RERA Status

Lodha Sadahalli is currently in its pre-launch phase and is pending registration with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA).

Per Section 3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, no bookings, advances, or sale agreements shall be solicited or entered into until the project receives RERA registration. Any expression of interest collected through this website is for information and priority-update purposes only and does not constitute a booking.

04No Offer or Contract

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation, solicitation, or contract for the sale or purchase of any property. No information here shall form the basis of any contract.
